Crispy Chicken with Sauce
Crispy Chicken with Sauce
How to Make
Marinate chicken wings with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Mix the flour for frittering with the marinated chicken.
Heat a pan, add enough oil to cover the chicken. Then fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Set aside on a plate.
In another pan, add Tokkyu, sugar, crushed garlic and pepper to heat until all ingredients are dissolved.
When the mixture boils, add the fried chicken to mix thoroughly.
Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and finished.

Chicken wings cut in half

Tokkyu Japanese Soy Sauce (Yamamori Brand)
5 tbsp
Palm sugar/sugar
2 tbsp
Garlic puree
3 tbsp
Pepper
2 tbsp
Chili powder

Crispy Flour

Roasted White Sesame
