How to Make

  1. Bring onion slices Stir fry in a pan, sprinkle and salt. add a little pepper Wait for the onion to be cooked, then put it on a plate and set aside. 
  2. Put the cooked onions in a large bowl. Bring the minced pork prepared. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs and then egg. mix well.
  3. Form the meat into a ball. Then set the pan over medium heat. Then put the moulded meat into the pan and fry.
  4. When the meat is almost cooked, add Tokkyu Japanese Soy Sauce, Yamamori Brand, into the pan, close the lid and wait for it to boil before transferring it to a plate.
  5. Pour Worcestershire Sauce, Yamamori Brand, on top of the fried hamburger. Finished.

1 egg
Fresh milk
1 tbsp
Bread crumbs
20 g
Tokkyu Japanese Soy Sauce (Yamamori Brand)
2 tbsp
Worcester sauce (Yamamori brand)
as you like
Oil
